Как да задам/покажа предварително избрана стойност за падащ списък в Excel?

По подразбиране общият падащ списък, който сте създали, се показва празен, преди да изберете една стойност от списъка, но в някои случаи може да искате да покажете или зададете предварително избрана стойност/стойност по подразбиране за падащия списък, преди потребителите да изберат една от списъка, както е показано на екранната снимка по-долу. За да зададете стойност по подразбиране за падащия списък, първо трябва да създадете общ падащ списък и след това да използвате формула.

1. Създайте падащ списък. Изберете клетка или диапазон, който искате да поставите в падащия списък, тук е K1, и щракнете Дата > Потвърждаване на данните. Вижте екранна снимка:

2. След това в Потвърждаване на данните диалог, под Настройки , изберете списък от Позволете списък и след това изберете стойността, която искате да покажете в падащия списък източник текстово поле. Вижте екранна снимка:

3. След това кликнете Предупреждение за грешка раздела в Потвърждаване на данните диалогов прозорец и премахнете отметката Показване на предупреждение за грешка след въвеждане на невалидни данни опция. виж екранна снимка:

4. кликване OK за да затворите диалоговия прозорец и отидете в падащия списък и въведете тази формула =АКО(J1="", "--изберете--") в него и натиснете Въведете ключ. Вижте екранна снимка:

Съвет: във формулата, J1 е празна клетка до K1, уверете се, че клетката е празна и "--изберете--" е предварително избраната стойност, която искате да покажете, и можете да ги промените според нуждите си.

5. След това задръжте избраната клетка от падащия списък и щракнете Дата > Потвърждаване на данните да покажа Потвърждаване на данните отново и отидете на Предупреждение за грешка и проверете Показване на предупреждение за грешка след въвеждане на невалидни данни опция обратно. 7. кликване OK, преди потребителите да изберат стойности от падащия списък, има стойност по подразбиране, показана в указаната клетка с падащ списък.

Забележка: Докато стойността е избрана от падащия списък, стойността по подразбиране изчезва.

Hello, How can I get defined value limit in excel dropdown menu, like I want to Enter Apple in product against three name and it should not put 4th entry and give error if i do so, any solution please.

hello, my data is about names and phone numbers. can make it if two names selected in one cells using data validations, the particular name which their name as selected, their phone numbers will be shown next to it.

How can I set a data validation list such that if the drop down value in the cell is deleted, the cell will automatically show a default value (i.e. "-Select-")?

For example, I have a worksheet with multiple drop down lists that I want to show a default value of "-Select-" once the sheet is opened. A user will select values from the lists that will impact the result of calculations throughout the entire spreadsheet. A user may accidentally "delete" the cell contents of the lists. If this happens, rather than the cell becoming blank, I want the cell to show a default value of "-Select-". This scenario occurs in multiple random locations throughout the spreadsheet, not just in one localized place.

I was able to find the following VBA code so far, but it only applies the concept over a range, rather than just individual cells that contain drop down lists. The problem with what I have coded so far is that every single blank cell in the range ends up with "-Select-" in it. Some of the lists are in ranges, but some are also scattered throughout the sheet. The problem I'm having with my current code is that every single blank cell in the range ends up with "-Select-" in it. I'm trying to get this to apply over the entire worksheet to ONLY cells that are drop down lists.

Is what I'm trying to accomplish even possible?

The idea is nice, but my problem is that if the dropdown value is deleted, it doesn't revert to the default.

You can insert the function in that specific cell using VBA, make sure you call the insert function when workbook is opening.
