Insert multiple hyperlinks to the same text using the Find and Replace function
Adding hyperlinks individually to repeated text throughout a lengthy document can be tedious and inefficient. Instead of manually inserting them one by one, you can use the Find and Replace feature to quickly apply hyperlinks to all occurrences of the same text, saving time and effort.
- Select one instance of the repeated text, then go to Insert > Link to open the Edit Hyperlink dialog and add a hyperlink to it.
- Copy the hyperlinked text by pressing Ctrl + C.
- Press Ctrl + H to open the Find and Replace window.
- In the Find what box, enter the repeated text. In the Replace with box, enter ^c.
- Click Replace All.
