How to restore or show favorites folder in Outlook Navigation Pane?

Restore or show favorites folder in Outlook 2010 and 2013

In Outlook, please click View > Folder Pane > Favorites, see screenshot:

Note: Make sure that there is a mark staying before the Favorites option.

Then the Favorite Folders section is showing in the Navigation Pane immediately. But in outlook 2010, you need to drag your desired folders to the Favorite Folders manually. See screenshot:
